Some of the warehouses we are working with are having problems with their inventory. We do our best to keep our stock levels accurate, but we don't guarantee them to be 100%. If a stock glitch does happen, just let us know you haven't received updates on your shipment and we will work with you. If it is clear that your order has no stock and is confirmed from the warehouse, we will do a full refund, including the 10% that goes to charity, and any tip that may be left during check out.
